IRIS TECH (Iristech) attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect on iristechnologie.com, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.

Collected data

We collect only the data that you provide to us through the contact and quote request forms, or via the chat on the website:

  • Identity and contact details: name, company, function, email address, phone number; ;
  • information about your project: type of site, area to protect, surface area, location, constraints, message; ;
  • Technical data: IP address and navigation information, used for site security and spam control.

Purposes and legal bases

  • respond to your requests and prepare quotes (pre-contractual measures taken at your request); ;
  • to ensure the commercial follow-up of our exchanges (legitimate interest); ;
  • secure the site and filter out unwanted messages (legitimate interest).

Your data are never sold or rented to third parties.

Shelf life

Data related to a request is kept for 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted or anonymized. Data related to customers is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and in accordance with legal obligations (including accounting ones).

Recipients and subcontractors

Your data is intended solely for the teams at IRIS TECH. We use the following technical providers:

  • OVH SAS (France): hosting of the site; ;
  • Google (reCAPTCHA): protection of forms against robots, only on the Contact and Request a Quote pages; ;
  • Automattic (Akismet): spam filtering in forms.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; these transfers are governed by the guarantees provided by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).

Biscuits

The site does not use any advertising cookies or social networks.

  • Audience measurement: We use Koko Analytics, a tool hosted on our own server, in cookie-less mode. It produces only anonymous statistics on visits (page views, origin of visits), which are neither cross-referenced with other processing nor transmitted to third parties. In accordance with the CNIL guidelines, this strictly limited measure of audience does not require your consent.
  • Form protection: The reCAPTCHA service from Google is only loaded on pages that contain a form (Contact, Request a quote), in order to block automated submissions. It can store cookies necessary for this security verification.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, limit, object to and transfer your data, as well as the right to define directives regarding their fate after your death. To exercise these rights, write to contact@iristech.fr or at the address of the headquarters, specifying your request. We will respond within one month.
